CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Tax/trust lawyer - full time or part time role
You will be providing tax and trust law advice to a range of clients with the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our clients and looking to build relationships with new clients. The work will involve objections, negotiating with the ATO, opinion work as well as related commercial and trust law.
You will have a chance to grow a practice.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
be legally qualified with two plus years post admission experience
have either good or developing knowledge of tax and trust law and related legal work, with strong research skills. Two or more years’ experience in tax and trust law is preferred but not essential. We are just as interested in those who are intelligent, diligent, and willing to learn.
have excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Wills and estates lawyer - full time or part time role
You will be providing wills, estate and commercial advice to a range of clients, advising in relation to succession and asset protection matters, maintaining strong relationships with our clients and looking to build relationships with new clients.
You will have a chance to grow a practice.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
be legally qualified with two plus years post admission experience
have technical knowledge of wills, estate and trust law and trust deed matters and strong document drafting skills
have excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
